The HisGIS project digitises the 'primitive' or 'Napoleonic' cadastre of the Netherlands of around 1832. For an estimated three million parcels, in both urban and rural settings, information about land use, ownership, and taxation is unlocked and made available in a modern, interactive mapping interface.

The data can be accessed through our website, https://www.hisgis.nl. Here, a range of ancillary datasets are stored.
